La Spinetta Barbaresco Gallina DOCG 2007


Attractive, sensual, balanced

A soft and persuasive Barbaresco. Velvety tannins and great body define this wine, that ends with a fruity finish and floral note.

Vinification
Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats for an average period of 13 days. Malolactic fermentation done in French oak barrels,
of which 40% new and the remaining second passage, followed by 22 months of aging. Finally, bottle aging for about 9 months

Tasting notes :

Color：light ruby red
Aroma：Made from 55-60 year old Nebbiolo vines, the wine has a concentrated and rich aroma, including Christmas pudding, plum, lemongrass, black cherry, herbs and other complex aromas.
Taste：Clear entrance structure, smooth and delicate tannins, rich fruit flavor, elegant and powerful taste, and a very long aftertaste.
