100% Pinot Meunier comes from vines in 3 villages. 45% of the Cuvee is made up of Reserve wines from the 2018,17 and 16 vintages. Fermented in Stainless steel, full malolactic fermentation with 24 months on the lees. Citrus and pear on the nose with a balanced palate.

Food Pairing:
With a fruity, accessible style this is the perfect Champagne for aperitif or light starters such as oysters or prawns.
