Classic Cut - 2017 Release, the first of the Anniversary Edition series, is mainly matured in American and European sherry oak barrels carefully selected by us from Jerez, Spain, and then bottled to perfectly release its unique flavor.
Aromas of smooth vanilla custard, candied ginger and fresh sweet oak.
On the palate, caramel, hints of orange peel and warm cardamom spice.
The aftertaste lingers for a long time, exuding the warm aroma of oak, and the sweetness overflows the mouth.

Second annual edition from Classic Cut.
Produced in carefully selected oloroso sherry casks from Jerez, Spain.
At 51.2% bottling, it offers aromas of orange and lemon citrus, ginger and nutmeg, with hints of vanilla and oak.
Rich and sweet on the palate, with hints of vanilla, nutmeg and spices. The finish is long and moderately sweet with hints of dry oak.

Nose: Pear and elderflower notes with a hint of almond and a rich vanilla pod.
