☀️ 2019 Vintage Characteristics and Terroir

Region and Terroir: The appellation is Bourgogne Aligoté (AOC). The vines are primarily planted in clay-limestone soils rich in calcium carbonate and marine sediments,

giving the wines a deep, chalky mineral character.

2019 Golden Vintage: 2019 is widely recognized as one of Burgundy's top vintages. The summer was sunny but the nights were cool,

resulting in extremely ripe fruit that retained excellent natural acidity. This produces white wines that are both rich in ripe fruit flavors and possess a bright, crisp acidity structure.
