Base spirit from Italian winter wheat is infused with hand‑picked juniper berries, coriander, anise and Italian lemons among a total of six classic gin botanicals, then vacuum‑distilled in stainless‑steel stills to preserve delicate aromas and freshness.

After distillation, the gin is cut to 41% ABV using spring water from the Monviso mountain region, giving a “dry – almost salty dry” profile that emphasizes juniper, spice and subtle citrus rather than sweet, flavoured‑style gin.
