The 2018 green capsule Off-Dry version showcases perfect harmony of peach, lychee and flint minerality with elegant semi-dry sweetness and high acidity structure. Style features top Mosel Auslese Off-Dry mineral depth, Himmelreich red slate character exceptionally vivid, 15-20 years aging potential.

Winemaking & Style
Zeltingen Himmelreich ultra-steep red slate, south-facing 150-200m elevation. Hand-harvested late-ripening grapes (non-botrytis), natural yeast fermentation in stainless steel, Feinherb semi-dry (30-60g/L RS) perfectly balanced by high acidity.
