Mortlach Brewery was founded in 1823 and is the first legal brewing plant in Davidon. It has been setting standards for a long time.

To this day, this unique Spencer is largely due to the brave vision of its greatest owner George Koby and his son Alexander Rice Koby. They have created a complex "2.81 distillation" process Essence Mortlach is exquisite and elegant, standing out of its regional peers, covering the traditional sweetness with a strong flavor.

In the world of Shirley, in addition to the two types of DRY and Sweet, there is also a "mixed BLEND" variety that allows the "cell" of Scotch whiskey to bloom charming mutation.
