Description
Pascal Hénin Champagne is a family-owned, small-scale Champagne grower located in the Aÿ region of Champagne. As a Récoltant-Manipulant, they grow, produce, and bottle their own grapes. The grower owns approximately 7.5 hectares of vineyards, spread across Grand Cru and Premier Cru plots, producing wines that combine fruitiness, minerality, and fine structure, showcasing the typical elegance of the Champagne terroir.

This Tradition Brut is Pascal Hénin's introductory core wine. Official/commercial information indicates it's a blend of three Champagne grapes, commonly Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, with reserve wines added for complexity and stability.

It offers aromas of white flowers, ripe citrus, pear, white peach, yellow fruit, brioche, yeast, and hints of toast/butter/pastry. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, with fine bubbles, refreshing acidity, and a finish with a touch of minerality and mild spiciness.
