Château Pichon Comtesse, located in Pauillac, is a Second Growth classified in the 1855 classification and is currently owned by the Louis Roederer Group. Réserve de la Comtesse is the estate's second wine, made from young vines and fruit from select plots. It utilizes the same high-standard vineyard management, separate vineyard vinification, and barrel aging methods as the flagship wine, making it an ideal entry point to understanding the Pichon Comtesse style.


Pichon Comtesse Réserve Pauillac 2023, officially named Réserve de la Comtesse, is the second label of the Second Growth Château Pichon-Longueville Comtesse de Lalande. The 2023 vintage marks the 50th anniversary of its modern name and is also a remarkably high-quality version: elegant, with vibrant floral aromas and fine tannins, possessing the structure of Pauillac while reaching its drinking window earlier than the flagship.
