Pierre Gimonnet & Fils Special Club Chouilly Grand Cru Extra Brut 2015 (Gift Set) is a top-tier Blanc de Blancs Champagne, made from 100% Chouilly Grand Cru Chardonnay. It features a classic Club bottle design, an elegant and mineral style, and strong aging potential.

Winehouse: Pierre Gimonnet, a top-tier Champagne producer known for its pure, indigenous style.

Vintage: 2015, a warm vintage with full fruit flavors but a firm structure; disgorgement around 2020-2021.

Style: Extra Brut (low residual sugar), classic Special Club ceramic bottle + gift box packaging.

Vineyard: 100% Chouilly Grand Cru (top Chardonnay region), predominantly old vines.

Aromas: Lemon curd, almond paste, river stone minerals, butter bread, grapefruit—elegant and complex.

Palate: Medium to long chain of bubbles, firm and mineral on the palate, with notes of white flowers, green apple, and roasted almond, and precise acidity.

Finish: Extremely long, with mineral, sea salt, herbal, and Taiwanese high-mountain oolong tea notes, balancing tension and richness.
