Description
Domaine Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey, located in Chassagne-Montrachet, Burgundy, was founded by Pierre-Yves Colin and his wife, Caroline Morey. Pierre-Yves is the eldest son of Marc Colin of the renowned Saint-Aubin estate and worked at the family winery from 1994. In 2001, he and Caroline started the négociant business, and in 2005, he left the family winery to establish his own estate on approximately 6 hectares of vineyards.

Caroline comes from the Morey family, another prominent winemaking family in Chassagne-Montrachet, and is the daughter of Jean-Marc Morey. The couple combined the experience and terroir resources of both the Colin and Morey families in Burgundy.

Currently, the winery owns or manages approximately 13 hectares of vineyards in Saint-Aubin, Chassagne-Montrachet, Puligny-Montrachet, Meursault, and Santenay. About 92% of its products are Chardonnay, with the remainder being Pinot Noir and Aligoté.
