Piper Heidsieck Rare Brut Millesime 2012 (JS 97)

Piper Heidsieck is a renowned Champagne house with a history dating back to the 18th century. It blends traditional craftsmanship with modern techniques to produce high-quality Champagne. The Rare Brut Millesime 2012 is sourced from 11 premier vineyards in Montagne de Reims, composed of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir. It is aged for at least 10 years on the lees, with a low dosage of 8 g/L, showcasing elegant balance and complex layers.

Winemaking & Style
Rich aromas of toasted brioche, orange peel, licorice, fig, and caramel. The palate is full-bodied and rich, with intertwined notes of honey and salted caramel. The bubbles are fine and creamy, finishing long and persistent.
