Rémi Leroy is a Côte des Bar natural Champagne pioneer, family estate focused on Pinot Noir terroir purity. This Blanc de Noirs from Meurville old vines shines in the excellent 2017 vintage—candied fruit, chocolate and mineral depth with fine elegant bubbles and firm structure. A benchmark Blanc de Noirs with 10–15 years aging potential.
Vinification & Style
From Meurville Kimmeridgian clay-limestone soils, average 23-year-old vines.
Hand-harvested, parcel fermentation (60% steel + 40% oak), native yeast, no fining/filtration.
Minimum 5 years on lees, disgorged Dec 2022, Brut Nature zero dosage; limited production.
