Rémi Leroy is a Côte des Bar natural Champagne leader, family estate Pinot Noir-focused. This 2020 Rosé from Les Crots vineyard uses saignée method for intense red fruit, citrus preserve and brioche depth with fine bubbles and vinous structure—a superior gastronomic Rosé with 8–12 years aging potential.

From mid-slope southeast-facing Les Crots old vines on Kimmeridgian clay-limestone.
Hand-harvested saignée (extended skin contact), native yeast, partial oak fermentation.
Minimum 4–5 years on lees, low/no dosage, unfiltered; ultra-limited production.
