Sakuratail Single Cask #5149 (Burbon Barrel, Peated), bottled exclusively for Asia.

SAKURAO DISTILLERY was established in Sakurao, directly facing the famous Miyajima World Heritage Site in the center of Hatsukaichi, Hiroshima.

Hatsukaichi is located in Hatsukaichi, which starts from the Seto Inland Sea in the south and the Chuo no Kuni Mountains in the north. The gentle warm current from the sea and the cool wind from the mountain surround the winery's Yingwei wine cellar, forming a huge temperature difference throughout the year.

The temperature difference accelerates the wonderful aging of whisky. In addition, because it is a wine cellar near the sea, it is also characteristic that the warm smell of the Setouchi tide is subtly carried in the aging barrels.

Aromas of vanilla, coconut and soft peat.

The palate offers maple, honey, soft tropical fruit and peat. The finish is crisp and refreshing, with a sweet aftertaste.
