Description
🇯🇵Shinobu Shinobi 10 Years Lightly Peated Pure Malt Whisky Mizunara Oak Finish🥃
Ninja Whisky Distillery is located in Niigata Prefecture on the west coast of Japan. This place has always been famous for three white treasures: "Snowfall", "White Rice" and "Sake". The Ninja Malt Whisky series was conceived in this environment.
Master distiller Usami Ken (Usami Ken) blends the original malt whisky and ages it in small sherry and bourbon oak barrels for more than 10 years, and finally barrel-aged in Japan's precious Mizuna casks.
After the original whisky is matured, it can present a more delicate and full-bodied wine.
This Ninja 10-year-old peated single malt whisky is brewed by adding the top peated whisky original wine, so that the sweet and mellow malt whisky presents a more complex and gorgeous aroma and rich layering.
In order to pursue the limit of flavor and the complexity of aroma, the whole series of Ninja Pure Malt Whisky adopts non-condensation filtration method, and no caramel color is added in the whole distillation process, so that the aroma of the wine can be completely preserved.
Exudes a charming honey sweetness with chocolate, apples, pears, spices and the smell of a campfire brought by peaty wine.
Caramel, coffee and subtle smokiness on the palate, with vanilla sweetness and seaweed saltiness.
The aftertaste has a delicate, round and long aftertaste like salted caramel cream, and the wine is delicate and elegant.
