🇯🇵Shinobu Shinobu Pure Malt 15 Years Mizunara Oak Finish🥃

Ninja Whisky Distillery is located in Niigata Prefecture on the west coast of Japan. This place has always been famous for three white treasures: "Snowfall", "White Rice" and "Sake". The Ninja Malt Whisky series was conceived in this environment.
High-quality raw whisky from different distilleries around the world is first aged in sherry and bourbon barrels, and then matured in Japanese precious Mizuna wooden barrels, with no added natural color.

A deep aroma of woods, maltose, nectar, blueberry and watery sandalwood.
On the palate, it offers milky coffee, ripe fruit, lemon zest, leather, cinnamon, ginger, barrel spice and a touch of tartness.
The finish has a hint of sweet malt. Rich layers, excellent aftertaste, wooden barrels bring out different levels of spice flavors, deep woody smell but unique vitality.
