Signatory Vintage Glenroth 1995, 30-year aged, first fill in Oloroso sherry casks, 54.4% ABV, cask #6980

Aroma: Intense and layered on the nose, initially revealing dark chocolate, cloves, roasted pineapple, ripe plums, and cigar box leather, followed by honey nuts, subtle toasted oak, and a hint of mint coolness—a perfect blend of typical Speyside fruit and sherry cask depth.

Palmistry: Full-bodied and smooth on the palate, with roasted pineapple, dried plums, cloves, dark chocolate, and gentle oak tannins. The layers are distinct yet not harsh. At 54.4% ABV, it offers a gentle warmth on the palate while retaining the sweetness and spice notes of the sherry cask.

Finish: The aftertaste is long and warm, ending with semi-sweet chocolate, a hint of spiciness and toasted wood. Upon closer tasting, there are still aromas of candied fruit and dried fruit. It is best to cut it with a little water to release more details.
