Distilled in 2014 and bottled in 2025, this 10-year-old Highland single malt has been meticulously matured in a powerful combination of 1st Fill Pedro Ximénez (PX) Butts and 2nd Fill Oloroso Sherry Butts, resulting in a rich, complex, and highly sought-after expression bottled at a robust 57.1% ABV.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Rich and dense with syrupy PX sweetness, featuring notes of figs, dates, and raisins. These are layered over creamy honey, salted butter, and the distillery's signature waxy character. With aeration, hints of orange peel, toasted hazelnuts, and a subtle earthy leather note emerge.
Palate: Full-bodied and delightfully oily. Intense dark fruit sweetness is beautifully balanced by spicy oak, cinnamon, and a gentle, classic beery undertone. The Oloroso cask influence adds profound depth with nutty and fleshy, ripe red fruit notes.
Finish: Long and satisfying, characterized by lingering sherry sweetness, dried fruit, and spicy oak. A rounded fruity warmth fades slowly, leaving a delicate hint of grape soda and toasted nuts.
