Tasting Notes :

Nose :

Rich and dense with syrupy PX sweetness—figs, dates, and raisins—layered over creamy honey, salted butter, and a waxy distillery character. Hints of orange peel, toasted hazelnuts, and a subtle earthy leather note emerge with air.

Palate :

Full-bodied and oily, intense dark fruit sweetness balanced by spicy oak, cinnamon, and a gentle beery undertone. The Oloroso adds depth with nutty, fleshy ripe red fruit notes.

Finish :

With lingering sherry sweetness, dried fruit, spicy oak, and a rounded fruity warmth that fades slowly into a hint of grape soda and toasted nuts.
