Rich sherry sweetness with raisins, sultanas, and black sugar; warm hints of nuts, cocoa, dried orange peel, and soft oak.

Palate :

Full and oily at cask strength, delivering dried fruit, honey, toffee, spiced orange, roasted nuts, and a touch of pepper; sherry depth balances the Highland style.

Finish :

Long, warm, and slightly dry, with white-wine notes, soft oak, lemon, caramelized sugar, and a peppery bite at the end.
