Intense peat smoke meets rich Oloroso sherry sweetness: burnt meat, smoky barbecue sauce, dried cranberries, sea salt, black pepper, and dark caramel

Palate：

Full-bodied and oily with earthy peat, warm wood smoke, creamy pepper sauce, preserved lemon, forest berries, coffee grounds, and bacon

Finish：

Long and warming earthy peat, peppery spice, sea salt, red fruit jam, espresso, balsamic vinegar, and grilled red meat
