Clynelish: Located in Brora, in the Northern Highlands of Scotland, Clynelish is one of the few distilleries in the Northern Highlands that adheres to traditional long fermentation and long distillation processes. Renowned for its honey, waxy, citrus, and tropical fruit styles, it is a top choice for Northern Highland whisky enthusiasts.

Signatory Vintage: One of the world's most respected independent bottlers, known for its clarity, rare cask selections, non-chill filtration, natural color,

Color: Pale golden with an amber sheen, as clear as dawn.

Aroma (Nose): The aroma is extremely complex and layered, exuding sweet fruity notes of honey, wax, citrus (orange peel, lemon peel), tropical fruits (mango, pineapple), and oak spice, interwoven with deep hints of milk chocolate, caramel, toffee, green apple, banana, ginger, white pepper, coconut, white chocolate, woody spices, honeyed stone fruit, salted lemon, green apple, olive, roasted pineapple, biscuit, salted caramel, white chocolate, and licorice.

Palate: Silky smooth on the palate, the sweet flavors of milk chocolate, vanilla, honey, citrus, tropical fruits (mango, pineapple), and oak spice fill the mouth, accompanied by bright natural acidity and oak tannins. It is sweet but not cloying, with excellent balance. The mid-palate reveals a complex array of notes: caramel, toffee, green apple, banana, ginger, white pepper, coconut, white chocolate, woody spices, honeyed stone fruit, salted lemon, green apple, olive, roasted pineapple, biscuit, salted caramel, white chocolate, and licorice. Full-bodied and clean-cut, with a moderate sweetness, it is highly invigorating.

Finish: The finish is medium to long, leaving a persistent sweetness of honey, wax, citrus, tropical fruit, oak spices, milk chocolate, caramel, toffee, green apple, banana, ginger, white pepper, coconut, white chocolate, woody spices, honeyed stone fruit, salted lemon, green apple, olive, roasted pineapple, biscuit, salted caramel, white chocolate, and licorice.
