Distilled in 2014 and bottled in 2025, this 11-year-old Highland single malt has been meticulously matured in a harmonious combination of 1st Fill Oloroso Sherry Hogsheads and Bourbon Barrels, resulting in a rich, complex, and highly sought-after expression bottled at a robust 57.1% ABV.

Tasting Notes

Nose: A vibrant and inviting bouquet featuring sultanas, honeyed malt, and sweet vanilla, complemented by bright citrus peel, sweet sherry spice, and toasted oak.
Palate: Full-bodied and richly layered, delivering notes of dried fruits, caramel, and zesty orange. Sweet malt, cocoa, and baking spices unfold beautifully, perfectly balanced by the smooth, creamy vanilla derived from the bourbon casks.
