Color: Pale golden with an amber sheen, as clear as dawn.

Aroma (Nose):

The aroma is extremely complex and layered, exuding fresh fruity notes of chamomile, florals, orange peel, and peach, interwoven with deep hints of honey, ginger, herbs, citrus, jam, vanilla, caramel, toffee, green apple, banana, ginger, white pepper, coconut, white chocolate, woody spices, honeyed stone fruit, salted lemon, green apple, olive, roasted pineapple, biscuit, salted caramel, white chocolate, and licorice.

Palate:

On the palate, it is silky smooth, with sweet notes of honey, ginger, herbs, orange peel, jam, chamomile, floral, peach, citrus, vanilla, caramel, toffee, green apple, banana, ginger, white pepper, coconut, white chocolate, woody spices, honey stone fruit, salted lemon, green apple, olive, roasted pineapple, biscuit, salted caramel, white chocolate, and licorice filling the mouth. This is accompanied by bright natural acidity and tannins, sweet but not cloying, with excellent balance. The mid-palate reveals complex layers of oak, honey, ginger, herbs, orange peel, jam, chamomile, floral, peach, citrus, vanilla, caramel, toffee, green apple, banana, ginger, white pepper, coconut, white chocolate, woody spices, honey stone fruit, salted lemon, green apple, olive, roasted pineapple, biscuit, salted caramel, white chocolate, and licorice. The wine is full-bodied, clean and crisp, with moderate sweetness and a highly invigorating effect. Finish:

The finish is medium to long, leaving a persistent tannin, slight acidity, honey, ginger, herbal notes, orange peel, jam-like notes, chamomile, floral aromas, peach, citrus, vanilla, caramel, toffee, green apple, banana, ginger, white pepper, coconut, white chocolate, woody spices, honey stone fruit, salted lemon, green apple, olive, roasted pineapple, biscuit, salted caramel, white chocolate, and a lingering sweetness of licorice.
