Siret Frère & Sœur is a boutique family-run producer in Champagne, formerly supplying Grand Cru fruit to renowned houses like Krug and Salon. Their Blanc de Blancs Millesime Cote Blancs 2013 is made exclusively from 100% Chardonnay sourced from the Grand Cru villages of Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oger in the Côte des Blancs. The wine sees at least 48 months on lees, with low dosage (Extra Brut), emphasizing finesse and complexity.
