Standish The Schubert Theorem 2020 (RP98，JS99)

Standish The Schubert Theorem Shiraz 2020 is a top-tier single-vineyard Shiraz from the Barossa Valley, boasting double high scores of RP98 and JS99. It's bursting with fruit aromas and possesses Burgundy-level quality, a representative of long-aging masterpieces.

Winehouse/Vineyard: The Standish Wine Company, from the Angas family's old vineyards (planted in the 1960s), 100% Shiraz, whole-bunch fermentation, 14–14.9% ABV.

Barrel Aging: New and old French oak barrels, emphasizing a balance of fruit and structure, continuing to evolve after bottling.

Flavor Characteristics: Aromas: Blueberry, blackberry, black cherry jam + Asian five-spice powder (star anise, licorice), graphite minerals, cedar, smoky chocolate—complex to the point of being perfume-like.

Palate: Medium to large body, creamy and delicate tannins (with a blueberry skin gravel bite), rich but incredibly silky juice, with a lingering finish that lasts for several minutes. JS described it as "Unbelievable! Mind-blowing! Seamless".
