Description
Stroebel Triptyque NV
Timothée Stroebel is an organic grower Champagne pioneer in Montagne de Reims with just 3.5 ha old vines. Triptyque blends three varieties from Villers-Allerand Premier Cru plots on sand, chalk and clay soils across vintages—yeasty, nutty fruit and mineral depth with fine bubbles and firm structure. A Brut Nature benchmark with 5–10 years aging potential.
Vinification & Style
From Villers-Allerand: Montreval (sandy south slope 50yo Meunier), Crayère (chalky), Cumines (north Chardonnay + Meunier).
Hand-harvested premier juice, native yeast (30% neutral oak + 70% steel), full malolactic, unfiltered.
36 months on lees, zero dosage Brut Nature, minimal SO2; only ~5,727 bottles produced.
