S風の森 2025 北・壺井 北地區 720ml


S風の森 2025 北・壺井／北地區係油長酒造「S風の森」系列嘅限定酒，主打奈良葛城山麓北地區梯田風土，用秋津穗釀造，想表達「里山」同「產地風味」嘅概念。
「S」有幾層意思，包括 Satoyama（里山）、Scene（風景）、Sanroku（山麓），即係將酒造周邊梯田風景同農業保育理念放入酒入面。
呢支酒強調北地區田園、減農藥栽培同天然山水灌溉，屬於比較有風土感嘅作品。

散發出熟成洋梨、芒果、葡萄一類果香，入口帶艶麗甘味，同時有清晰有機酸同礦物感，層次幾豐富、輕快但有深度，比一般果香型風の森更著重米旨同土地感。
