Talisker 57° North Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a "Special Strength" non-vintage single malt from Talisker, a representative distillery of the Islay style. It comes in a 1,000 ml bottle with an ABV of 57%. It boasts a strong character with sea salt, pepper, and smokiness, making it perfect for those who appreciate the "sea breeze x spiciness" of Skye whisky.

ABV: 57% ABV (114 proof), officially classified as "Special Strength," close to cask strength but still adjusted. The 1,000 ml bottle is a relatively rare size.

Aroma: Distinctly sea salt, iodine, seaweed, and smoky gunpowder/match notes, accompanied by black pepper, cinnamon, dried fruit, apple peel, and a hint of vanilla sweetness, evoking a "shocking feeling of standing on a rocky beach."

Palate: The initial taste is sweet, followed by an intense burst of pepper, ginger, and black pepper spiciness, with hints of sea salt, roasted pepper, smoke, dried fruit, and subtle citrus/orange peel. The body is rich and oily, with a strong alcohol content but a firm structure.

Finish: Long and spicy, with lingering notes of sea salt, smoke, and black pepper, finishing with a touch of mint/refreshing coolness – very characteristic of Talisker.
