Nose: Light vanilla and mint leaves, delicate florals, a rich nutty aroma of walnuts, almonds, and corn,

hints of lemon zest and citrus, a light woody smoke, and a creamy finish.

Palate: Freshly roasted nuts, with hints of rice hulls and wheat, a distinct malty sweetness,

followed by sweet citrus fruit and a refreshing lemon, evoking the sweet and happy memories

of childhood marble soda.

Finish: Longer than expected, with a refreshing tartness of green plum and a distinct dried fruit finish.
