The Single Malts of Scotland range celebrates each distillery’s distinct fingerprint. Each bottling is chosen to show how their whiskies can develop through maturation, rounding out some flavours and enhancing others. The whiskies it choose to bottle are classic in nature, without chill-filtration or colouring, and are bottled at a strength that shows them at their very best. The aim is to find and share drams that will create lasting memories through flavour.

Tasting Notes :

Nose :

Juicy apples and sweet pears with orange oil, dried mango, honeydew melon, and hints of dried lemon peel, gooseberry, light spice, and a touch of grain.

Palate :

Full-bodied and balanced, featuring baked bread with raspberry jam, ripe grapes, nectarines, plums, and tropical fruit, lifted by subtle herbs, citrus, and gentle cinnamon spice.

Finish :

Long and smooth with an oily mouthfeel, lingering fruit, and soft notes of oak and light smoke.
