Each bottling is chosen to show how their whiskies can develop through maturation, rounding out some flavours and enhancing others. The whiskies it choose to bottle are classic in nature, without chill-filtration or colouring, and are bottled at a strength that shows them at their very best. The aim is to find and share drams that will create lasting memories through flavour.

Tasting Notes :

Nose : 

Warm smokiness with cigar notes, walnuts, smoked ham, dried seaweed, and subtle date sweetness from discreet sherry; think classic coastal Caol Ila with salted caramel, creamy custard, jammy fruit, tarry peat, and a hint of tropical fruit cake, raisin, and honeydew melon.

Palate : 

Pipe‑tobacco smoke and burnt herbs meet dark chocolate, black pepper, liquorice, brine, and ashes, with preserved lemons and earthy tea, all lifted by charred citrus peel, Seville orange, and a touch of ginger; dense, coastal peat sits on a bed of toasted vanilla.

Finish : 

Long, charred, and smoky, with lingering walnuts, pickling juice, herbal tea, marmalade, and zesty citrus, along with a faint candied‑ginger warmth and fading barbecue smoke.
