The Single Malts of Scotland range celebrates each distillery’s distinct fingerprint. Each bottling is chosen to show how their whiskies can develop through maturation, rounding out some flavours and enhancing others. The whiskies it choose to bottle are classic in nature, without chill-filtration or colouring, and are bottled at a strength that shows them at their very best. The aim is to find and share drams that will create lasting memories through flavour.


Tasting Notes :

Nose : 

Bright citrus, white grape, dried fruit, green tea, herbs, and cardamom.

Palate : 

Oily, orange zest, ginger cake, nut, malt, woody, and leafy notes.

Finish : 

Medium length with lingering citrus, tea leaf, and woody.
