Maltoyama is a liquor store founded by Mr. Koaki Shimono in 2013. It mainly deals in single malt whisky. So far, it has accumulated more than 20 barrel selection works.

He is the leader of the new generation in Japan.The Glenallachie 2008 bottled this time is actually Mr. Shimono’s experimental plan: in 2018, half a barrel of Sherry Butt was first bottled,

and the remaining half barrel was matured for one year before bottling, named One More Year, for comparison The difference between before and after aging is very interesting.
