As a worldwide language, whisky has its own fixed process and legal regulations, but at the same time, it also has many artificial creative factors and various uncertainties of nature. It is as beautiful as jazz, rigorous and unexpected! Different distilleries have their own specialties but all lead to the same goal. It can be a single malt or single barrel full of personality, or a harmonious blend of whiskys from various distilleries, just like a solo in jazz As wonderful as multiplayers are!

Chichibu Festival Orchestra:

The Chichibu Matsuri is a very important whisky fair in Japan. Since 2014, it has been held at the Chichibu Shrine in mid-February every year. The participating exhibitors include brands and collectors from home and abroad. The wines are all outstanding, which is very exciting! At the After Party at the end of the exhibition, representatives from various industries in Japan (including distilleries, importers, bars, and retailers) formed a band to perform their original songs on stage, symbolizing the vitality and unity of the Japanese whisky industry!

This 2020 edition of the Chichibu Festival commemorative bottling, matured in 100% bourbon barrels, selected three wines from Fettercairn (Fettercairn), Craigellachie (Qui Leqi) and Aultmore (Yamo) from the Highland and Speyside production areas Blended from bourbon barrels distilled in 2006

Tasting Notes~

Aroma: Vanilla, Woody, Fresh Tropical Fruit, Salted Cream, Lemon, Rouge, Juice, Spice, Mint Cooling, Earthy Hints.

Taste: Hazelnut, syrup, nuts, cream, nectar, vanilla, melon, fleshy, silky and oily.

Finish: white chocolate, cream, creamy, light wood smoke, meaty, vanilla, rich fruit.
