About Thence


Thence means "from here". Starting from here and making small batches, we regard it as an exercise in contemplating the local possibilities again. Thence uses locally harvested honey and seasonal plants, uses multi-filtered neutral wine to extract its spiritual flavor, and retains the silhouette of our city's sunshine and soil in the light honey.

This year’s Mid-Autumn Festival brings a limited-time re-release of the all-time best-selling Thence 05, crafted with premium Thai golden pomelo and a base of local honey from Hong Kong’s Wing Wo Bee Farm.
 
The peel and flesh of the fruit are processed separately, with extraction completed at a local workshop.
