Two Hands is one of Australia's most celebrated Barossa Valley Shiraz producers, with Secret Block as its most prestigious single vineyard series from over 100-year-old vines. The 2021 Secret Block showcases classic Barossa ripe black fruits, spice and earth with perfect balance of power and finesse—a benchmark Australian Shiraz with 15+ years aging potential.

Winemaking & Style
From Barossa Valley heartland single vineyard of 100+ year-old vines on deep sandy clay soils.
Hand-harvested, parcel-fermented in small open fermenters with manual punching down, individual block management.
18 months new French oak barrel aging precisely extracts tannins and spice layers, showcasing old vine concentration and terroir depth.

Colour: Deep gemstone red near black-purple
Aroma: Blackberry jam, blueberry, dried plum, black pepper, cedar, chocolate, roasted spices
Palate: Full-bodied and concentrated with tight black fruit core, powdery fine tannins, oak-spice mid-palate supporting structure, meaty texture, spice-chocolate endless finish
