Westward American Single Malt Whiskey

Westward American Single Malt Whiskey is a single malt whiskey from Portland, Oregon, representing the unique flavor profile of the Pacific Northwest region of the United States. This whiskey is crafted from scratch using locally grown and malted two-row barley, fermented with American ale yeast to deliver outstanding flavor. It is double pot distilled, resulting in a particularly pure and delicate spirit, then matured in new American oak barrels, and is non-chill filtered to preserve its rich and natural character.

Tasting notes include:
Aromas of red berries, apple, and pear, intertwined with creamy vanilla and brown sugar sweetness;
A rich and balanced palate, featuring baking spices, ripe fruits, tobacco, dark chocolate, and oak;
A long-lasting finish with deep stone fruit undertones.
This whiskey combines the traditional craftsmanship of Scottish single malt with the distinctive terroir and ingredients of the Pacific Northwest, making it one of the premier American single malts.
