WhistlePig 15 Year Old Estate Oak is the flagship release celebrating WhistlePig's 15th anniversary, crafted from 100% rye and aged for 15 years in Vermont Estate Oak barrels sustainably harvested from WhistlePig's own 500-acre farm. This whisky is known for its wood-driven character while retaining grain identity, and is regarded as a deeply complex, high-age rye.

100% rye mash bill, aged 15 years in Vermont Estate Oak barrels.
Barrels are specially toasted and charred to enhance wood-derived flavors.

Tasting Notes
Color: Deep golden amber.
Nose: Vanilla, seasoned oak, allspice, burnt orange, almonds, stone fruit, orange, apricot tea, cobbler.
Palate: Warm, creamy, and deeply flavored, with butterscotch, baking spices, old wood, tobacco, and citrus; velvety texture with an extremely long finish featuring caramelized sugar, oak, zest, and pepper.
