William Fevre Chablis 2023 - 6 Bottle Pack

William Fèvre Chablis 2023 is a classic white wine from the Chablis appellation in Burgundy, France. Produced by the renowned William Fèvre winery, it uses 100% Chardonnay grapes and showcases a pure mineral character.

Founded in 1959, William Fèvre is a pioneer in organic and biodynamic farming. The vineyards are situated in excellent Kimmeridgian soils, adjacent to Premier Cru plots. Winemaking primarily utilizes stainless steel tanks, with a small amount of aged oak barrels adding subtle layers.

The wine is pale and bright yellow. Aromas are fresh and crisp, with notes of citrus, white fruit, and white flowers, accompanied by typical seafood and mineral character. The palate is balanced and vibrant, with prominent acidity, excellent density in the mid-palate, and a clean, persistent finish with a salty, mineral character.

Impressive ratings: Jasper Morris 92-95 points, Burghound 91-93 points.

Food pairing suggestions: Best paired with oysters, seafood, creamy chicken or grilled fish. Serving temperature: 10-12°C.
