Yamazaki 山崎 18 Years Old Single Malt Japanese Whisky

The malt liquor is aged in sherry oak barrels that have been used to store the highest-grade Oloroso Spanish sherry. After being skillfully blended by the bartender, it is placed in sherry barrels for a second maturation process. The rich and charming aroma is truly very charming.
Suntory bartenders personally went to Spain to select the best Tochigi and Oloroso barrels, which are different from the common practice of using American white oak instead of Spanish Tochigi, or using lower-grade sherry barrels instead. Only by using the best Spanish Tochigi and Oloroso barrels can this sweet wine be brewed. Its rich fruity aroma, rich and mellow flavor, perfect balance and deep and long aftertaste are unforgettable.
