GIN from Niigata Prefecture, the winery was originally a health food manufacturer, and is specialized in the use of Chinese herbal medicine and fermentation. In addition to using 80 kinds of herbs and 20 kinds of wild flowers, this wine is also fermented and matured in pottery for one year.

This wine has a classic herbal aroma with fresh wildflower aromas (rose, lavender, chamomile, julienne, orange blossom), and a unique red ginseng fruity aroma.
