くどき上手虹色ばくれん超辛口大吟釀 33% 720ml

山形縣龜井酒造創立於1875年(明治8年)，創立以來一直使用亀の井為自家品牌。
直至昭和時期約60年代開始，使用日本傳統藝術的「浮世繪」以及名稱くどき上手進轟東京。

「ばくれん」係龜之井酒造專門做辛口清酒嘅副系列；「虹色ばくれん」則是其中特別將出羽之里精磨到 33% 嘅限定版本。「虹色」唔代表甜或花果香爆發，而係形容酒在極致乾淨、辛口骨架之上，仍然有多層細緻香氣與口感變化。

「生詰」：一般理解為完成一次火入後，在裝瓶前不再火入，唔係完全未經火入嘅生酒；因此保留較鮮活嘅香氣與質感，同時比完全生酒穩定。

香氣：清涼、明亮，帶麝香葡萄、青蘋果、淡淡西柚／葡萄柚與礦物感。

口感：33% 高精米令酒質非常通透、雜味少；入口先有柔和米甜與果香，隨後轉為爽脆、乾身的辛口線條。
（開瓶後約 10 分鐘，小川 10 號酵母帶來嘅滑順感與香氣會更明顯，後段可感到少量似唐辛子嘅辛香刺激。）

尾韻：帶少許茶感、礦物感與柑橘皮般微苦，收結長而俐落，令人想再飲一口。

呈現清澈、銳利、果香淡雅而收結極乾淨嘅辛口風格；雖然日本酒度高達約 +15，但並非粗硬，而係滑順、有旨味、非常易配餐。
