スーパー くどき上手 改良信交 純米大吟釀  1800ml


山形縣龜井酒造創立於1875年(明治8年)，創立以來一直使用亀の井為自家品牌。
直至昭和時期約60年代開始，使用日本傳統藝術的「浮世繪」以及名稱くどき上手進轟東京。

「改良信交」是「龜尾」血統的「信交190號」大米改良而成的釀酒好適米，目前只在部分有限的地區種植。

採用山形縣自行培植的酒米「改良信交」，使用低酸度小川10號酵母釀造。
散發清新水果如蘋果的香氣，口感柔軟順滑而豐富，只有高精米才有的透明感高的品質。
有著相當強烈的後勁，感受複雜的變化。
