「朝日酒造」，與製造商「Snow Peak」，聯手打造了久保田一個新的清酒系列「雪峰」。
這款同屬雪峰系列的產品「雪峰 山廃仕込 純米大吟釀」貫徹這系列標榜生產適合野外品嘗酒品的釀酒理念，
同時採用「山廃仕込」的方式釀造，令酒體在生產過程中除了帶有原本的釀酒酵母外，還會與其他在大自然及空氣中自然存在的酵母進行發酵，令酒體香氣會比較複雜多樣，帶有更強烈的原始風味。

獨特山廢手法釀造，清爽口感與酸味，中段散發豐富旨味。冷飲可感受哈密瓜、蘋果香氣，過喉時獨特辛味帶來鮮烈爽快感，溫飲熟瓜香氣飽滿，尾韻帶著甘甜香氣。
配搭香口濃膩的 牛排、炸豬排等，可洗去肥膩感。
