「丸石釀造株式会社」創立於1690年，位於愛知縣岡崎市，是日本歷史最悠久的酒藏之一，至今超過330年歷史。酒藏強調「水、米、造り、貯藏」四大要素，選用矢作川伏流水和嚴選米種，融合傳統與現代技術釀酒。代表品牌中 -「二兔」系列主打平衡對立元素、風味多變。

使用雄町以瓶內二次發酵方式釀造，產生天然細膩氣泡。
入口有淡淡蘋果果香和米香，層次豐富，第一啖甘甜、第二啖爽淨俐落，連帶一點乳酸感，酸度均衡。

「薄濁」（有酒粕），口感柔滑，餘韻帶米飯回甘及微微柑橘果香，結合甘味與微苦，飲落非常平衡。

開瓶時氣泡勁，要慢慢倒，適合配搭刺身、火鍋、燒肉、日式炸物等。
