「獨角仙」日文名為 かぶとむし（Kabutomushi），是栃木縣仙禽酒造每年夏季推出的限定清酒。酒標以夏日獨角仙為主題，整體風格清新、酸爽、帶有鮮明的柑橘果香，是一款非常適合炎熱天氣飲用的夏季日本酒。

香氣：葡萄柚、檸檬草及血橙般的清新柑橘香。
入口：酒體輕盈滑順，酸度明亮，帶有清爽的甜味。
中段：米旨味細緻，部分批次會帶有輕微汽泡感。
收結：酸爽俐落，帶一點清新的苦韻，餘韻透明而乾淨。
