会津男山 回 八反錦 直汲み生 純米大吟醸 720ml

「會津男山」在1865年創業，1998年曾停止製造，直到2020年才由第七代的繼承人從千葉縣移居回來，並重新啟動了酒藏的運營。 

「會津男山」再生故事：
聽到母親老家經營150多年的酒藏可能要拆除，小林腦中浮現了童年回憶。這家創業於1865年的老字號酒藏，最盛時年產36萬公升清酒，但因日本酒需求下降，1998年因杜氏健康問題停產，之後十多年都沒再生產。某天突然傳來要廢業的消息，讓小林下定決心要守護這個充滿回憶的酒藏。

雖然自己是外行人，也不住在會津，小林還是決定繼承酒藏、延續150年的歷史和家族夢想。經過一年多與家人親戚的溝通，他終於踏出再生的第一步。為了學習釀酒，他到其他酒藏修行、進修清酒學院，把學到的技術和經驗都細心記錄下來。即使是外來者，會津的人們也毫無保留地教他釀酒技術，讓他深受感動。
最終，在會津人的溫暖支持下，經過20年，酒藏於2020年成功復活。🍶

「會津男山」生產「回」純米大吟醸 八反錦 直汲み生酒。 帶有輕微氣泡感，入口像完熟白葡萄般多汁鮮甜，甜味清新又年輕。酒體輕盈多汁，甜度高，透明感十足又有絲滑的厚度，還帶點苦味和深度。雖然辛口不明顯，但有乾爽的收尾，喉嚨感覺俐落、餘韻也很漂亮。這就是大家夢寐以求的理想大吟釀直汲生酒，完全無可挑剔！🍇
