「もえ姫」由有「大胃王偶像」之稱、並持有唎酒師資格嘅 もえのあずき 參與釀造。佢自 2019 年開始於新澤醸造店學習製酒，2026 年已是第 8 年參與；每年限量推出，因此除咗酒本身，亦有年度設計標籤同聯名收藏意義。

香氣：青蘋果、白桃、淡雅的白花清新香氣
味道：柔和甜感、圓潤果味、絲滑質感，有果汁感與優雅甜味
尾段：乾淨、清爽，有良好收結
