出羽櫻 出羽の里 初搾 純米酒 生酒 720ml


山形縣天童市的《出 羽 櫻 酒 造》使用山形縣開發的酒造好適米「出羽之里」，強調「山形產山形造」的一體性。

「出羽之里」是以「出羽燦燦」×「吟吹雪」交配育成的新品種酒米，2004 年誕生，2017 年成為山形縣指定酒造好適米之一。

清爽的米香與淡果香，甜度與米香具足，但不會過濃或厚重，收口輕快乾淨。入口柔和略甜，酒體中等，酸度適中，後味清爽俐落，耐飲性佳。

初搾/ 初しぼり：指用當年新米釀造、在該酒造中「最先」完成並搾出的那一批新酒。
